Autograph letter signed from H.S. (Henry Sampson) Woodfall, to Thomas à Becket, Strand [manuscript], [17]71 November 23.

Reports that Junius' letter to him, returning Garrick's letter, had been very unsatisfactory; was sure that some enemy of Garrick's had excited Junius' resentment against Garrick and that it did not proceed merely from his, Woodfall's, little communication which he had not enjoined Garrick to keep secret.
